Huge, superb quality, 17” Pedestal CRISTALLERIE DE LORRAINE GRANDE DUK Cut Glass CENTREPIECE CLARET JUG Decanter LUDOVIC LABEL, signed CRISTALLERIE DE LORRAINE, acid etched to outside edge of base. (No box). (Very heavy 2.8KG)
This listing is for ONE huge CENTREPIECE CLARET JUG. It is French made by the renowned company CRISTALLERIE DE LORRAINE in the Ludovic pattern. It is high quality glass, hand blown and cut. They are a great decorators piece….scene stealing, great for display or to enhance your drinks cabinet or bar. Taille Main which means hand cut glass. 24% lead crystal. Acid etched to base. The Pedestal base is star cut with scallop facet cut edge. The etched mark for the Company CRISTALLERIE DE LORRAINE is etched on the outside edge. The body is swag cut with cross hatching in a scallop pattern The stopper is huge and heavy with a wide angled 10 triangular faceted spire, undercut to meet the peg end of the stopper……. Very outstanding in every way.

This CLARET JUG is the “piece de resistance” in many a dining table will look magnificent as objet d'art let alone in your drinks or display cabinet. Lovely too for that special occasion gift, anniversary, wedding.
