All of our items are Brand New unless otherwisestated. All items with serial numbers are pulled, packed and shipped at random.We do not accept serial number requests.

Payment

Shipping
US Residents:Packages are shipped through the US Postal Service and UPS Ground. Allpurchases will receive a separate e-mail from us that includes a copy of yourpaid invoice along with your tracking number. Your purchase includes fullinsurance.
ConnecticutState residents must pay 6.35% Sales Tax, (We dont keep it, we just collectit).
For International Customers: We offer US PostalPriority International Mail and US Postal Priority Mail Express International. Allpurchases will receive a separate e-mail from us that includes a copy of yourpaid invoice along with your tracking number.
All International packages are automatically insuredso you are always covered 100% in case of theft, damage or loss.
For packages to ship from the United States to most countries,it normally takes 3-7 days for Express Mail and 7-14 days for Priority Mail.There are often delays in Customs. This can be a little as a few hours or days.Unfortunately sometimes it can also take weeks. We have no control and cannotbe held responsible for delays in your countrys Customs Department.
Your package may be assessed Customs taxes/duties.If you refuse to pay the taxes assessed on your package, and the package isreturned to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges, both ways.
